I am a civil engineer practicing program management and construction management in the transportation field for the past 27 years. I have a Master’s degree in civil engineering from SJSU. I have served in various roles on both 1984 & 1996 Santa Clara County sales tax measure programs. Currently, I am serving as Program Manager for Alameda CTC projects including the I-80 ICM Project.
