Jane White is a 30 year employee with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works and is a registered civil and traffic engineer in the State of California.  She is responsible for administering a Program which consists of numerous multi-jurisdictional transportation projects involving approximately 70 cities throughout the County of Los Angeles. These projects are focused on the County’s arterials and involve two components:  traffic signal synchronization and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technologies.  In addition, she is the immediate past Chair of the Board of ITS-California and is currently serving as treasurer.
